Our 11,000 sq ft facility was professionally designed from the ground up to promote exercise and interaction with our Guests to reduce home-sickness and stress. Our Guest Rooms are clean, modern, and spacious, with four different price ranges available. The floor plan is designed to provide privacy and psychological security while reducing noise. This means increased relaxation for your pet, and more peace of mind for you. Additionally, our Guest Rooms have access to natural daylight year round with numerous skylights as well as great natural airflow when temperatures allow.

Come Sit Stay Pet Resorts have unmatched exercise areas, with over 4,500 sq ft of indoor play areas. We have over 10,000 sq ft of outdoor play area surfaced in synthetic turf, which provides a mud free, safe, and soft play area for Pets. Your Dog will return home clean and happy. Our custom-designed facility also offers a heated indoor/outdoor Pet Pool, making swims available year-round for our guests who like to play in the water.

Come Sit Stay Pet Resorts have specially designed Dog training areas, play areas, and space to house Cats and Exotic animals. Our facility is safe and secure, with 24-hour fire monitoring and a full sprinkler system, as well as a security system. Our entire facility was designed by professional Dog trainers to ensure a safe, fun, and clean environment for your pet, so you can go on vacation guilt free. Our year-round climate control system ensures your pet stays comfortable at all times.

Managers
Jacob McGaha – General Manager
Jacob is our General Manager with 12 years of experience in the Pet Care Facility industry. He has years of dedication as a Guest Attendant and as Weekend Manager. Jacob possess the knowledge, understanding, and skills of animal husbandry and facility management that few possess. He loves animals and personally knows every Dog and Cat who come through our doors. They all love him, as do our Clients who are greeted daily with Jacobs smile and positive energy. This also includes all the exotics we Board, whether it’s birds, reptiles, guinea pigs, or rabbits, or even pot bellied pigs. Jacob has a way with animals that gets them to relax and enjoy their stay. Jacob oversees our Team of Guest Attendants making sure they provide the best loving care possible, and also maintains our 1.5 acre facility to ensure our priorities of safety and comfort for all our Guests are met.
Jacob was born in Rapid City, South Dakota but has lived in Denver most of his life. He is passionate about his family, animals, people, and cars. He and his wife have three children. If you need anything at all, have questions, or are new to CSS Pet Resorts, Jacob is the General Manager you can rely on for straight answers and the best care possible.
Karen Reddick – Office Manager
Karen has been our Office Manager since we first opened our doors in 2009. With a strong background in Administrative Management and Animal Husbandry, Karen is the heartbeat of Come Sit Stay in Parker. There is no one more committed to our Mission Statement and she has been an integral part of the success the CSS Team. Karen is responsible for Customer Service and is loved by Clients, Staff and all the Pets who rotate through our Resort. In 2010, Karen earned Level 1 Pet Care Technician certification and is trained in Animal CPR. Karen is in charge of our Front Desk and is your primary contact for any questions regarding your customer experience.
Originating from Ohio, Karen has lived most of her adult life in Colorado where she enjoys the vast beauty of the area with her family and loves spending time with their three dogs and two horses.
Shari Kowalski – Business Administration Manager
Shari has been with Come Sit Stay Pet Resorts since its inception in 2009. Shari and her Accounting Team are your contact for anything relating to billing, HR, or business administration. Shari works together with Karen and Jacob to provide you with the best customer experience possible. Quick with her smile and her laughter, Shari’s massive life experience provides a stability to our CSS Team that is the envy of other businesses. An obvious animal lover, too, she is here for you if you need anything at all and enjoys seeing all the happy Guests who rotate through our Resorts daily.
A native of Massachusetts, Shari has lived in Colorado for over 30 years. She has a beautiful little dog at home and enjoys spending time with her family in all types of activities and community service. Feel free to quiz Shari on any 80s rock song lyrics or iconic movie quotes.
Owners
The owners and operators of Come Sit Stay Pet Resorts have over 50 years of combined pet care, training, grooming, animal husbandry, breeding, and sport dog competition experience. CSS owners are on site daily to oversee and train staff in Pet care and safety.
Tim Cruser – Owner
With over 25 years of experience in handling and training Dogs at the highest level, Tim brings an unmatched level of professionalism and experience to Pet Resort Operations. Tim has competed at the highest levels of International Working Dog Sport, and has handled and trained Mold Detection, Personal Protection, Police Dogs, and AKC Conformation / Obedience Dogs for more than two decades. Throughout his career, Tim has excelled at training Pet Owners with their Dogs to behave as what is now referred to as a Canine Good Citizen. Tim has worked with over 120 breeds of dogs, dozens of wolf hybrids, and countless mixed breed Pets. He has dealt with every behavior problem under the sun, and as an expert witness on Canine Aggression, Tim has testified in Dog bite cases. He has successfully run and managed Pet Resort facilities in Virginia and Colorado. Tim and his partners are proud to introduce you to the great services at the new Come Sit Stay Pet Resorts.
Lori Cruser – Owner
Lori has been involved in animal care and handling since childhood. She started riding horses at age 7 and has been working with animals ever since. After high school Lori received degrees in Animal Husbandry and Psychology. Lori was an Animal Control Officer, founding the first animal shelter and adoptions in her home town in Greene County, Virginia. Lori has worked in vet offices as an assistant as well as being a professional groomer, running her own shop. Over the past decade she has had success in the Working Dog Sport world; raising and training six personal Dogs to Schutzhund III, winning numerous USCA Regional Championships, HIT’s, and participating at National and International levels of Schutzhund competition. Over the years she has handled hundreds of pet Dogs with all varieties of behavior issues. Lori has also trained assistance Dogs for people with disabilities. Her 30 years of diverse background in animal husbandry and training help her bring an intuitive understanding of the pet care industry to Come Sit Stay Pet Resorts.
